Business Description

In a nutshell, Raheja Diagnostics is a diagnostic center  operating in bangalore central operating as a hub and spoke healthcare aggregator providing :

• Outpatient clinics  with complete diagnostic services 

• Priority In-patient admission services.

• Home and tele-health consultations (Free Second opinion services via teleconsultation)

• Corporate health services

• Insurance coverage consultation

• Raheja healthcare premium membership (Preferred care)

A hub and spoke structure is an investment structure used by an investment company in which several investment vehicles, each remaining individually managed, pool their assets together, contributing to one central investment vehicle. This can also be called a master-feeder structure

Vision 

Successfully deliver healthcare in a hub-and-spoke model system while maximising patient benefit.

Goals 

Short term (until March 10, 2021)

1. Make quality healthcare accessible to people in Bangalore.

2. Provide 100 healthcare subscriptions by 2021.

3. WhatsApp integration for all healthcare processes for patient and staff coordination.

4. Fill up all consultation cabins on rotation basis with multispeciality consultants.

5. Obtain a small grant / funding/ corporate social responsibility and use this donation to give free health services to the public.

6. Convert monthly laboratory turnover to Rs. 1 lakhs.

7. Build a day-care/ micro hospital centre and obtain  license  with intravenous injections for chemotherapy clinics. 

8. Improve the exterior and interiors of the building to provide a better environment.

9. Tie up with major hospitals in Bangalore for a hub and spoke model.

10. Improve digital presence of the company with website improvements/google ads etc.  

11. Onboard financial and marketing experts.

Midterm goals until 2023 (Dnb completion) 

1. Scale up short term goals.

2. Get investors and make business self-sustained. Health kiosk

3. Use the second and third floors of the building  for expansion of the micro hospital(currently rented out).

4. Push monthly revenue to Rs. 3,00,000.

5. Hire additional business managers 

6. Successfully have 20 in-patient admissions at the micro hospital.

7. Have 6-8 rotating consultants and set up successful private practice facilities. 

8. Onboard ~300 members to the Raheja healthcare membership program along with insurance porting. 

9. Collaborate with home service healthcare providers to expand services.

10. Setup health screening kiosks.

11. Collaborate with major apartment complexes, clubs, corporate companies, communal organizations, other digital platforms to expand healthcare services. 

12. Expand in-patient admission services.

Long term goals until 2026 (oncology completion) 

1. Use Raheja Diagnostics as an oncology clinic with a hub and spoke model for admissions.

2.  Set up a standard operating process to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare services.

3. Set up a successful oncology clinic and multi-disciplinary health service centre.

4. Successfully expand business with top notch health care managers to other cities including Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad outlets and other Tier 2 cities .

5. Push monthly revenue to Rs. 10,00,000 per healthcare center.
