• Department of Internal Medicine. 

Internal medicine, also known as general internal medicine in Commonwealth nations, is a medical specialty for medical doctors focused on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of internal diseases. Medical practitioners of internal medicine are referred to as internists, or physicians in Commonwealth nations. Internists possess specialized skills in managing patients with undifferentiated or multi-system disease processes. They provide care to both hospitalized (inpatient) and ambulatory (outpatient) patients and often contribute significantly to teaching and research. 

• Department of Diagnostic medicine.

Medical diagnosis (abbreviated Dx, Dx, or Ds) is the process of determining which disease or condition explains a person's symptoms and signs. It is most often referred to as diagnosis with the medical context being implicit. The information required for diagnosis is typically collected from a history and physical examination of the person seeking medical care. Often, one or more diagnostic procedures, such as medical tests, are also done during the process. Sometimes the posthumous diagnosis is considered a kind of medical diagnosis. 

• Department of Radio diagnostics.

Radiology is the medical discipline that uses medical imaging to diagnose diseases and guide their treatment, within the bodies of humans and other animals. It began with radiography (which is why its name has a root referring to radiation), but today it includes all imaging modalities, including those that use no electromagnetic radiation (such as ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging), as well as others that do, such as computed tomography (CT), fluoroscopy, and nuclear medicine including positron emission tomography (PET). Interventional radiology is the performance of usually minimally invasive medical procedures with the guidance of imaging technologies such as those mentioned above.

• Department of Health planning and Health Insurance. 

The purpose of health planning is to meet the health needs and demands of the people. Health needs is defined as the 'deficiencies in health that call for preventive, curative, control and eradication measures'. 

Health insurance is an insurance product which covers medical and surgical expenses of an insured individual. It reimburses the expenses incurred due to illness or injury or pays the care provider of the insured individual directly. 

• Department of Finance and banking. 

The main functions of the finance department of an investment bank are generally to: Prepare financial reports of the performance of the organization for management, for investors, for regulators, and for tax authorities. 

The finance department of a healthcare organization collects revenue, pays bills, and provides an overview of financial records that enables senior executives to make data-driven decisions about a company's viability and future growth. 

• Department of Marketing, Public relations, sales and logistics.

Marketing department can be defined as the division that carries out marketing activities in a company. A marketing department is a group of marketing specialists responsible for planning, creating, and monitoring marketing activities within a company. 

The Public Relations Division promotes research, teaching, service, and ethical practice of public relations as public relations seeks to build and maintain beneficial relationships among organizations and stakeholders. Public relations specialists create and maintain a positive public image for the individuals, groups, or organizations they represent. They craft media releases and develop social media programs to shape public perception of their clients and to increase awareness of each client's work and goals.

• Department of Accounts and bookkeeping.

The accounting department keeps records of the goods and services that your company pays for and ensures that all your business expenses get paid on time. It also keeps track of all scheduled payments in the organization, such as inventory, payroll, and other business-related expenses. 

Bookkeeping is the process of keeping track of a business's financial transactions. These services include recording what money comes into and flows out of a business, such as payments from customers and payments made to vendors. 

• Department of branding and Design.

Branding is about creating an image or identity for your company or department that will make employees proud to be a part of it. It's about developing a culture that considers your employees' values, ensuring they feel they have a role in the department. When talking about branding design, it typically refers to key brand elements such as the logo, color scheme, typography, and other design components that makes a brand stand out from competitors, and recognizable to consumers. 

• Department of  IT technology and audit.

The IT department oversees the installation and maintenance of computer network systems within a company. This may only require a single IT employee, or in the case of larger organizations, a team.Our IT team is being lead by Mr Anand Raj Soni who has a vision to set up a real world network system using cameras, telephone and comuter systems connected on a server which we will replicate in further depratments.  Its primary function is to ensure that the network runs smoothly.

An audit department is a unit within a company or organization that is responsible for evaluating operational procedures, risk management, control functions, and governance processes. 

• Department of Nursing services.

Nursing service is the part of the total health organization which aims at satisfying the nursing needs of the patients/community. In nursing services, the nurse works with the members of allied disciples such as dietetics, medical social service, pharmacy etc.

• Department of Front office and Customer care services. 

The front office represents the customer-facing division of a firm. 

Customer service refers to the assistance an organization offers to its customers before or after they buy or use products or services. Customer service includes actions such as offering product suggestions, troubleshooting issues and complaints, or responding to general questions. 

• Department of Facility, Maintenance, Security and Inventory management.

The facilities management can be boiled down to organizing the people, places and processes within a building environment, with the overriding goal to create the most welcoming environment for employees and boost the productivity and efficiency of the business as a whole. 

A maintenance department is defined as a person or group responsible for the planning, controlling, and executing of maintenance operations. 

Having the proper levels of security can provide protection and peace of mind for all the patients treated at the facility. Security responsibilities also extend to protecting the doctors, nurses, and all other staff members who deserve a safe workplace. 

Inventory management, a critical element of the supply chain, is the tracking of inventory from manufacturers to warehouses and from these facilities to a point of sale. The goal of inventory management is to have the right products in the right place at the right time. 

• Department of Oncology (to be setup) 

An oncologist treats patients who have been diagnosed with cancer and conducts cancer research. From the time of diagnosis until the patient recovers or passes away, the oncologist will monitor their care. Medical oncology, radiation oncology, and surgical oncology are the three main subfields in oncology.
